I'm so glad you're here! I'm Michelle - I help people harmonize their body, mind and beyond by sharing the tools of yoga.

About Me

I've been teaching yoga in corporate, studio and (now) online settings for over 10 years. My style has evolved over the years as I've trained with many different yoga teachers. I typically teach yin yoga to help balance the yang of life and my more traditional yoga classes are very simple with a focus on connecting movement with breathing while building stability/strength and flexibility. I hope to have you in class!

Yoga at Work - Onsite Classes

Online (Zoom) Classes
 

Check our my Book Online page to learn more and sign up for my current classes. I record these classes so if you can't make the scheduled time you can watch the recording later.

Workshops & Events

I love creating and teaching workshops - examples are Intro to Yin Yoga, Yoga for Better Sleep, etc. I also teach at special events onsite or online.
